Wunderhaus is sustainably constructed and its structure is 7 times stronger than that of a timber frame building, and 3 times stronger than a standard masonry building.
It meets Passivhaus Standards, is highly resistant to water, insects, mould, impact and earthquakes.
The building’s triple glazed windows provide maximum air tightness, minimal thermal bridging and high thermal acoustic insulation.
The Wunderhaus envelope is non-combustible, non-ignitable, and does not allow the spread of flame.
