Energy Efficiency

Wunderhaus is arguably the best-performing domestic building on the market; it easily meets the Government’s legislative 80% carbon reduction target for the building industry, while its Passivhaus standard ensures peerless thermal performance, so efficient that it feeds energy back to the grid.

Wunderhaus is an energy positive house, with an MVHR system providing continuous fresh filtered air, recovering 93% of the heat provided by an air source heat pump for underfloor heating, cooling and hot water.

Features

A virtually invisible, revolutionary photovoltaic energy system provides 12 KW of electricity.

Energy is stored with 2.4 – 14.4kWh battery, which can also provide power in case of a power cut.

A dedicated electric vehicle charging point is provided.
